Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Maryland
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine or valid religious/medical exemption
- Ability to provide state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic health records
- Effective time management and organizational skills
