Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (flexible days)

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
Perform assessments, document care, and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS)
1+ year of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
