Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 10-hour shifts, every weekend, 20 hours guaranteed weekly

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of routine and specialized MRI procedures for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients of all ages
- Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and providing education and instruction
- Adhere to MRI safety standards and ensure a safe environment
- Evaluate MRI images for technical quality and consult with radiologists as needed
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, performing warm-ups, calibrations, and safety checks
- Assist radiologists with MR procedures and maintain ARRT standards
Qualifications
- 1 year of recent GE MRI experience required
- BLS certification required
- ARRT certification required (AMRIT not accepted)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in MRI procedures and contrast media administration
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to operate GE MRI equipment and perform quality control
- Knowledge of age-specific protocols and safety procedures
