Location: Santa Maria, California

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible

Hours per Week: 45

Candidate Pay Rate: $65.8 - $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Document patient progress using Oasis and other required systems
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
Educate patients and families on exercises and home safety

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum one year of experience as a PTA
Experience with Oasis documentation required
Home health experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of Oasis documentation and home health regulations
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Strong communication and time management skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
