Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, AP shift, per diem basis

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification
New graduates welcome to apply
Previous experience in rehab or acute care preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in medication administration and patient education
