Shift Type: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state eligibility)
BLS certification preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply - we provide training and mentorship
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
