Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamics during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Administer medications and contrast media as ordered
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families about pre- and post-procedure care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling
