Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and document vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized environment to promote patient well-being
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Prior CNA experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent observational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
