Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the care team
• Document patient assessments and nursing interventions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification (heartsaver or professional rescuer)
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
