Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring residents for response and side effects
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record
• Respond quickly to changes in resident condition and implement appropriate interventions
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state license
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics is preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
