Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients' conditions with precision and compassion
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changing patient needs

Qualifications

Current RN license in California in good standing
BLS certification required (AHA or equivalent)
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med-Surg or Telemetry
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with patients, families, and staff
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
