Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to restore function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient care accurately in compliance with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or a similar setting
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions and treatments
Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy
Understanding of rehab equipment and modalities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Patient-centered approach to care with a focus on functional outcomes
