Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment

Qualifications

Current California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
AHA BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and modalities
Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt activities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Organizational and time management skills
