Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional critical care to ICU patients
Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and hemodynamic data
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Knowledge of critical care medications and protocols
Ability to respond quickly to emergencies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
