Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (with 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
CPR certification (BLS) required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) preferred
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient conditions
