Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current and active California LVN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent LVN experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred
Ability to work a fixed shift schedule including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
Proficiency in core nursing skills including patient assessment and monitoring
Experience with documentation and electronic medical records
Knowledge of LVN-specific procedures, equipment, and treatment protocols
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
