Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an urgent care setting
Assess patient conditions, perform triage, and initiate appropriate treatment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Experience in urgent care or emergency nursing preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and triage
IV insertion and medication administration
Wound care and suturing
EKG interpretation
Emergency response and stabilization
Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
