Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
Perform wound care, splinting, and other minor procedures
Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 1 year of experience in urgent care or emergency nursing
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in triage and patient prioritization
Proficient in wound care, suturing, and casting
Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with EMR systems and documentation
