Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents with compassion and professionalism
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate residents and families on health management and post-care instructions

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in New Hampshire (or compact license accepted)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
