Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts including nights, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of patient safety and infection control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
