Bill Rate: $83,000 - $114,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the rehabilitation department to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to resident needs
Supervise and mentor a team of therapists and assistants
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Qualifications

Previous Director of Rehabilitation experience required
Licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and reimbursement
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
