Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the RN or physician
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles and infection control practices
Ability to perform wound care, catheterization, and other LPN procedures
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
