Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of mammography exams for patients with skill and compassion
Apply principles, theories, and techniques of mammography imaging to deliver reliable results
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize image quality
Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs

Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technology program
Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography
Active Oregon radiology license
American Heart Association BLS certification
Minimum one year of previous experience in mammography
Experience with stereo biopsy preferred

Education

Associate's degree in Radiology Technology preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with personal computers and imaging software
Ability to operate office equipment and mammography machines
Strong interpersonal skills for interdepartmental collaboration
Maintains confidentiality and works independently with minimal supervision
Consistent and punctual attendance
