Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in New Mexico
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to perform physical assessments and recognize changes in condition
Proficient in electronic health records and documentation
Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and phlebotomy
