Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible shifts, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
BLS/CPR certification preferred but not required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic patient care principles
Time management and organizational skills
Empathy and patience when dealing with residents and families
Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift as needed
