Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy
Wound care and infection control
EMR documentation proficiency
Team collaboration and patient advocacy
