Shift Type: Flexible schedule including overnight shifts, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Support mobility and transfer needs with proper techniques
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Reliable transportation to Gettysburg Center

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles
Skill in taking vital signs and observing patient condition
Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
