Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (flexible scheduling as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Support residents' emotional and social well-being

Qualifications

Must hold an active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
A heart for serving others and making a difference

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion and patience in caring for elderly or disabled individuals
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control
