Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: NOC shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (specific shift dates vary per diem schedule)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote healing and dignity
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification (BLS)
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and infection control
Skilled in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
