Location: Atlanta, GA

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Call, Weekends, Holidays, No Block Scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 - $39.9 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms for surgical procedures
Assemble and organize surgical instruments and supplies for each case
Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field
Monitor and replenish inventory of surgical supplies
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
Minimum 1-2 years of Level 1 Trauma experience required
Travel experience preferred
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of sterile techniques and aseptic practices
Familiarity with a wide range of surgical instruments and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgeon needs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
