Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and assess patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and expertise
Support families with clear communication and empathy during challenging times
Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Passion for making a difference in patients' lives

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
