Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation and health setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license in New Mexico
- Must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented medical/religious exemption
- Ability to wear a photo badge at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient care
- Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
