Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
BLS certification required (AHA or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
