Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques
Experience with patient assessment and treatment planning
Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic health records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
