Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide top-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligible)
Recent experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
