Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with doctors and other nurses to create care plans
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine
BLS certification required (or ability to obtain)
1+ year of nursing experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
