Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently to track outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for continued recovery
Make a meaningful difference every day in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Maine (or willingness to obtain before start)
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Passion for helping others and a positive, can-do attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility training
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Time management and organizational skills to handle a varied caseload
Compassionate bedside manner and patient education skills
