Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, includes every weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and aides to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
Must have own reliable transportation
Ability to work every weekend and night shifts

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
