Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35 hours/week guaranteed)

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home safety

Qualifications

Current Vermont Physical Therapist license (or compact eligible)
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
At least 1 year of clinical experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with electronic health records
