Shift Type: Days, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures with precision and care
Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care tailored to individual needs
Step up as Lead RCP when needed, guiding the team through busy shifts
Collaborate with medical directors to deliver top-notch respiratory support
Make a real difference in patients' breathing and recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RCP license with verification
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and DCI/BVP certifications
Completed Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
Up-to-date personal health requirements including vaccines and screenings

Education

Completion of accredited respiratory care program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in respiratory therapy procedures
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Age and population-specific patient care knowledge
Leadership abilities for lead RCP duties
