Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with call required and alternating weekends, about 14-15 days/month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and assist in high-stakes cardiac cath procedures including STEMI cases
Monitor patients using Maclab system during critical interventions
Support diverse procedures from peripheral angiograms to EP ablations and device implants
Collaborate with dynamic teams of 3-4 per patient to deliver exceptional care
Utilize advanced equipment like Impella, IABP and IVUS to optimize outcomes
Contribute to efficient turnovers and patient transport across partner facilities

Qualifications

At least 1 year of cath lab experience
Either ARRT or RCIS certification
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Team player attitude ready to go with the flow

Education

RT (Registered Technologist) or RCIS certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Proven scrubbing experience in cardiac cath cases and STEMI call
Familiarity with GE Xray equipment and advanced cath lab tools
Proficiency in Maclab for case charting and Meditech EMR
Comfort with IR and EP procedures is a plus
