Shift Type: Day Shift, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with Rotating Weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver skilled therapy to help patients regain independence on the 2N Rehab Unit
Work with diverse patient levels in inpatient rehab to make real differences
Collaborate with the team using Meditech EMR for seamless care
Adapt to floating needs across rehab sites when census varies
Passionately treat and motivate patients toward their recovery goals

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience, with inpatient rehab experience required
Active Texas PT license
BCLS certification
Flexible and adaptable personality that thrives in rehab settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
Texas PT licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Inpatient rehabilitation expertise
Skilled therapy techniques for various patient acuity levels
Proficiency with Meditech EMR (transitioning to Expanse)
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning
