Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-quality mammography imaging procedures with precision and care
Educate patients and ensure their comfort throughout exams
Maintain radiation safety standards and daily QA for peak performance
Coordinate training and improvements in breast imaging specialties
Document accurately in EHR and manage supplies with independence
Assist in other modalities and clerical duties to support the team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M)
Current BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Pass background check, drug screen, and employee health meeting

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced mammography imaging expertise
Radiation safety and ALARA standards
Patient education and verification processes
EHR, PACS, and RIS/HIS proficiency
Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Cross-training in CT, MRI, and DEXA
