Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients as assigned
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following facility policies
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
Document care interventions clearly and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort and dignity through attentive, respectful interactions

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or must obtain upon hire
Comfortable providing direct patient care in a long-term care/clinical setting
Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN certificate/diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assessments and medication administration
Familiarity with charting/documentation best practices
Ability to follow care plans and physician orders accurately
Good infection control and safety practice awareness
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
