Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide strong onsite administrative leadership during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Lead, coordinate, and facilitate hospital-wide patient care and service from a shift perspective
• Act as primary backup for front managers in their absence to ensure continuity of operations
• Manage staffing decisions and ensure appropriate staff mix to meet clinical needs
• Coordinate patient placement to optimize flow and resource utilization across the facility
• Serve as a key point for patient/family relations and handle escalations with empathy and professionalism
• Oversee risk management activities and communicate issues to department leadership
• Ensure appropriate distribution and allocation of supplies and equipment during the shift
• Mentor and evaluate staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a clinical setting and experience supervising staff during off-shifts
• Proven ability in staffing coordination, patient placement, and risk management
• Strong communication skills for public affairs, family relations, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in clinical coordination across departments and handling operational escalations
• Comfortable making independent decisions and serving as the administrative representative on shift
