Roles & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments to keep inventory reliable
Move materials safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment
Pick, pack, and stage orders for distribution with attention to accuracy and timeliness
Operate material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners) following safety guidelines
Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and keep workflows smooth
Maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe, productive environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling roles preferred
Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Familiarity with basic inventory systems or willingness to learn RF handhelds
Forklift certification a plus or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to pass background check and any site-specific onboarding requirements
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant vocational training or associate degree is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Basic inventory control and stock rotation practices
Safe operation of warehouse equipment and adherence to OSHA-style safety practices
Attention to detail for order accuracy and shipment verification
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using hand scanners, basic computer entry, or warehouse management systems
