Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (exact start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed). Orientation included starting May 7, 2026.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
Perform and chart routine vital signs and observations accurately
Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate changes in patient condition to nurses and the care team promptly
Participate in orientation and training to ensure excellent, consistent care
Support patients and families with a professional, empathetic approach

Qualifications

Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification valid in New Hampshire
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to follow care plans, chart accurately, and work well in a team

Education

High school diploma or GED required
State LNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care procedures and patient hygiene assistance
Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with charting and basic clinical documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
