Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during your shift
Collaborate with the facility team to support smooth operations
Document patient interactions accurately and timely in the chart
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay sharp
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Relevant clinical license or certification if applicable (confirm requirements for your role)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Ability to work part-time 4-hour shifts and attend orientation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous clinical or facility experience is a plus

Education

Relevant degree or diploma in the appropriate clinical field (per role requirements)
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional clinical education preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
Basic clinical assessment and documentation abilities
Comfortable learning and using electronic medical records
Dependable time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Collaborative mindset and respect for interdisciplinary care
