Shift Type: 7-hour shifts; specific start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed (Eastern Time)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with patient mobility, transfers and safe positioning
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients
Document care thoroughly and communicate clearly with nurses and other staff
Support a collaborative team approach to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (PA preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable assisting with patient mobility and personal care
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient hygiene, ADLs and basic bedside care
Ability to obtain and record vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Basic documentation skills and ability to follow care plans
Teamwork, reliability and strong interpersonal skills
