Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Assist residents with mobility and safe transfers while promoting independence
Take and record vital signs and report any concerning changes to the nurse in charge
Document care provided accurately and timely in the resident record
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Collaborate with the nursing team to support individualized care plans and positive resident outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
State certification or eligibility to be certified in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-focused approach

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident care techniques and activities of daily living
Ability to take and record vital signs and observe/report clinical changes
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
